Training is the best way to convey a large amount of information when students have little experience in the course. The more experienced the students, the more they have to communicate (their own experiences, systems and working methods). When we work with such people, the best method is the workshop, which allows them to express themselves, to contribute to the program, to learn through experimentation, etc.
Experience shows that in such situations, the workshops obtain results clearly superior to the traditional training.
